Reality Fracture Tools
Buying, legality, and a checklist — the pages you open with a cart in the other tab.
Guides teach you how to play. This hub teaches you how not to waste money or register an illegal deck. Three pages:
- Buyer guide — which SKU matches Limited, Commander, collecting, or gifts.
- Format legality — FRA versus FRC versus SPG, Standard versus Commander.
- Preorder checklist — dates, tickets, and a cart you can actually finish.
Contents of each box live on products. Dates live on release dates. This hub does not repeat those tables unless a buying decision depends on them.
Who these tools are for
If you already know you want a Play Booster box and a prerelease ticket, you only need the checklist. If you are staring at a Secret Lair Bundle, a Collector box, and five Foundations decks, you need the buyer guide. If you pasted Darksteel Angel into a Standard list, you need legality.
Digital-only players still use legality. They can skip most of the checklist’s paper SKUs and use the Arena guide for wildcards instead.
How the three pages link
Buyer guide points at products for contents and at draft/prerelease for play patterns. Legality points at Commander and spoilers so FRC names stay tagged. The checklist points at stores and dates so you do not preorder a kit Wizards no longer sells (At-Home prerelease is retired).
We list MSRPs from WPN First Look coverage. Street prices will differ. This is not financial advice and it is not a restock bot.
When spoilers finish, legality will not change for FRA’s Standard status; only individual card types will. The buyer guide might add a “singles versus box” note after prerelease. The checklist’s dates should stay still. Bookmark all three if you are the person in the playgroup who orders for the table.
For story and mechanics, go back to getting started. Tools will not teach Prepared. They will stop you from buying three products that contain the same 12 Play Boosters under different cardboard.
What these tools are not
They are not a price tracker, not a restock Discord, and not a complete visual spoiler. MSRPs can be undercut or inflated by the time October 2 arrives. If you need live market data, use a marketplace; if you need pack odds, use the Collecting article linked from official resources. Come back here when you are choosing between SKUs, checking whether an FRC name belongs in Standard, or ticking boxes the week before prerelease. That is the entire job of this hub.
