Early Reality Fracture Card Rankings
A spoiler-only list. Not a post-launch metagame.
This ranking uses only cards that were public in late August 2026. It mixes Limited and Constructed notes so you know why a card is high. When commons arrive, some uncommons will fall. Pair halves are graded as individual cards; opening both is a pack event, not extra power on each card.

S — build around or first-pick in most seats
Bloodline Recollector // Ancestral Craving. Black Prepared mythic that draws like a war crime if creatures die. Constructed: the reason people will try midrange black. Limited: a bomb if the format has tokens or trades; a sad vanilla if your deck cannot feed it. Serialized 500-copy version is a collector object, not extra power.
Liliana the Faultless. One white mana, legendary cleric, previewed as a Soul Warden / Mother of Runes mashup. That mana cost is the ranking. White weenie and any go-wide Vigorbloom pile will try it. Limited: ridiculous if you are white; unplayable if you are not.
Garruk, Curse Breaker / Garruk, Veiled Butcher. Two mythic Garruks, green curse-breaking and black butchery. Previewers treated both as constructed-real. Limited: the half in your colors is a pack-winning planeswalker; the other half is a splash or a pass.
A — strong, color-dependent
The Theorist, Jace Beleren. Face mythic. Blue control wants him; Limited wants him if you can protect a four-mana walker. Story weight is not board weight. See Jace.
Chandra, Torch of Defiance. Known quantity. Still an A in any red deck that can untap her. Chandra, Chill of Compliance is the interesting half: blue Chandra is a Standard novelty and a Limited splash magnet. Details: Chandra.
Ajani Resolute. Two-mana white walker is automatically A until proven otherwise. Ajani Unrelenting (red, more expensive) is closer to B unless the plus abilities are truly wild.
Craterclaw Colossus. Artifact beast haymaker for Konstrari and artifact ramps. Limited bomb in RG; Constructed depends on whether “Craterhoof for robots” is a deck. High variance, high ceiling.
Enlightened Confidant. White mythic Kor cleric. Preview conversation put it with Fatehold value. Treat as A in WU, B elsewhere.
B — role players and signposts
Prepared uncommons (the five school signposts). Prudent Fateseer, Paradox Shaper, Stingerquill Voxmancer, Woodwork Prodigy, Vigorbloom Vanguard. These are the cards that make Hexhaven Limited real. First-pick them when you are already in the pair; take them over a random gold card you cannot cast. They are not S because they need the spell to be relevant.
Stingcaster Mage. Red mythic wizard, shattered-mirror identity. Efficient red spells often grade B until the format’s toughness numbers appear.
Tinybones, Pocket Nuisance / Titanbones, Towering Heart. Uncommon legends. Tinybones is a known pest; Titanbones is a green uncommon that will be a Sealed bomb some pools and a clunky five-drop in others.
Liliana the Repentant. The black half of the Liliana split. Good in BR Stingerquill; not Faultless-level because the mana cost is not one.
C — Commander or narrow
Darksteel Angel (FRC). Not Standard. In Commander it is a nine-mana indestructible-adjacent angel with a story. Grade it on the Commander page, not here.
Unspoiled duals, wishes, and the five-hybrid creature stay ungraded. Rosewater teasers are not cards.
How to use this the night before prerelease
Memorize S and A names so you do not bury Bloodline Recollector under a pile of commons. Memorize the five Prepared uncommons so you recognize school piles. Do not memorize a 21-card order as if it were 300. After you play prerelease, come back and argue with this list — that argument is the point of an early ranking.
If a YouTube thumbnail disagrees, check whether they are grading Constructed or Sealed. This page marks both. That is slower to read and less wrong.

Why is Liliana the Faultless so high?
A one-mana legendary value creature that previews as a lifegain / protection mashup will warp white decks until proven otherwise.
Why aren’t echoed pairs graded as a single card?
You pick and cast them separately. The pack gives you both; the deck does not have to play both.
Will commons change this list?
Yes. Removal and two-drops decide whether Prepared engines are S or B. Watch spoilers.
